Totally messed up my car side pick up order. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, it took 50 minutes and they completely forgot the kid's meal I ordered and side for my meal. All the server could say was that he was sorry. Totally incompetent!
My server had about 2 tables other than mine and took about 10 minutes to get my tea. it seemed like everytime that we needed her she was gone in the back. i asked for a water and she walked in the back, came back up front and then 10 minutes later realized i didnt have my water. The food was OKAY. i ordered something called Chicken Dijion something something and the chicken was "marinated" yet it was so dry and plain. the broccoli and potatoes also had no flavor. i have been there before and had a burger which was good, but the service is rediculously slow and not very good. i will probably never go back.
Should have believed the reviews. Plenty of other places to eat in the area. Will not be back again.
Absolutely worst service I have ever received. Other reviews will back this up, no need to add more to convince you.
I ordered a raspberry sweet tea they gave me a regular sweet tea. When I got a refill asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweet tea twice. I ordered Chicken won ton tacos after about twenty minutes later I was told they were out of tacos. Finally it took so long we got it to go. when we got back to the hotel that was right behind them the food was cold and my husbands fries were left out. Enter at your own risk.
