Great food and a wonderful staff! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
I have only been here two times since I recently moved to the area and I will not be going back anytime soon. The first time, the experience wasn't too bad except I was charged for items I did not order. I thought I'd give them a second chance, which I shouldn't have. I was there on a Saturday night, and it took over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. Then the waitress rushed us to get our orders even though she had just given us the menus. We placed our order and it took over 35 minutes for us to get our food. We were highly disappointed, the excuse was "the chicken was frozen." The manager did come over to apologize for the wait, but his excuse was "we got slammed with a big group." It was a group of 6 on a Saturday night...tell me why your staff was not prepared...
Arrived just before 5 pm on a Thursday. Walked in. The sign said "please seat yourself" so we did. The waitress looked right at my wife and I as we walked in but she ignored us. We waited more than 5 minutes and got nothing so we walked out and down to the Subway in the same shopping area. I don't plan to go back.
This sporty restaurant is very homey too.
