my husband and I have a construction crew we rented a FEW rooms for to do add on to a college down in fortsmith.....when I got to my room it smelled the sheets that were suppose to BE WHITE were a brownish color they told me when I wanted new sheets just to put them outside needless to say I PUT THE SHEETS OUTSIDE AND LEFT THEM TOLD THEM I DIDNT WANT ANYMORE I went to Walmart and bought new sheets the coffee maker didn't work go outside to the lobby to get "complimentary" coffee NO SUGAR they have already USED coffee cups they expect the "GUEST" to use and RINSE out (NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT USE) THEY HAVE MAINTENANCE MAN BUT HIM AND HIS KIDS AND WIFE LIVE THERE they also think they own the place. There are lots of people LIVING there they look terrible like I don't kw if its the drugs or the alcohol most of them FIGHT verbally EVERY night and most days its like a mad house! the hot tub is hardly ever working the pool so so buy your own towels even if they wash the towels they have stains all over them and there raggedy. Beware of the complimentary BREAKFAST they said cereal toast o.j bagels donuts at 6am NOT!!!! WHAT BREAKFAST??? And Wi-Fi ?? WHAT WI-FI? so if u like clean sheets, clean bathrooms, clean rooms, nice cup a coffee,and don't like to be lied to about great service real coffee, Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, CLEAN SHEETS THEN I STRONGLY recommend DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU CHECK IN!!!

The service was decent, they even bring breakfast to your rooms for free. Rooms were cleaned and kept nice. my son loved the pool. For the price per night I recommend this place.

Pillows so thin you can't even have your neck straight with 3 of them! Indoor pool and café area so hot you can barely breathe. Wifi didn't work - and front desk staff couldn't help at all. The remote didn't work at first for the tv - had to wait 45 mins for someone to help with that. There were still toothpaste streaks on the bathroom mirror (makes you wonder how clean your room really is!). Yes, it was one of the cheapest prices in town - so I guess you get what you pay for! Not going to stay there ever again!

We went there today. We went in, and asked them abt their place. They told us they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Resturant n bar. We got there after reserving a room n it all looked nice. they did have a bar area set up..the pool n hot tub were inside. So we got the room assuming if it was as nice in the main part the rooms must be amazing. WRONG!!!! We got into the room...the carpet was ripped up in places revealing bar floor n looking ratty. The room smelled. The outlets were busted. The sheets n blankets were old. We then thot ok lets make the best of this n go see abt the pool. We get out there..n the heated pool was 40 degrees and the hot tub was busted. After we had specifically asked them if they had these things bc that was the whole purpose for our stay...they never once told us ne thing was busted or broken or not working. The so called resturant was them offering to make u a plate of indian food from a certain time to a certain time on their personal stove. Thats not a resturant. The bar they supposedly had...was just a bar by the pool with no one working it n cheap booze stocked on it. We were unable to get into the pool bc it was so cold. So we go n ask for our money back bc we were deceived. We had to argue with them n threaten court to even get back half that the first night n the next night that we had paid in advance. it was terrible. What this place has turned into is a house for drug users. Ppl living there bc of their drug habit. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. u will regret it if u are ne one with any dignity n self respect

worst hotel experience ever.. Rooms are soo nasty didn't seem like they was cleaned at all.
