Well, If this is the Best Steak around in the area... do not eat a steak. I can honestly say that this place is way over priced. I had a better steak at Western Sizzler for $12 with all you can eat desert and everything else. If you really want a great Steak, drive on further south to Texas... Cypress Texas that is. Texas Mesquite Grill, for $28.00 for a huge Ribeye, T-Bone, NY Strip, Filet or PorterHouse Steak one of the Best. #2 Steak House is the Steamboat in North Houston on West Sam Houston Pkwy N. #3 is Perry's Steak House #4 is A Taste of Texas. good ole southern hospitality. Do not waste your money here, when you can fill your tank and drive to the Houston area for the taste of The Best around, PERIOD!!!
Dropped in on Doe's Eat Place on a Friday night - ordered a $32.00/plate filet dinner -for 3 people - steaks were excellent; however, the meal was started off with a salad that smelled like the bag it came out of - baked potato was just okay. . Just want to tell them, the steak is the main course, but it is not the only thing that needs to be eatable. Focus on the meal as a whole and you will have a home run.
We enjoy the cool patio on weekend nights.. This little secret spot has the has the reputation for serving the finest dishes in the area; and they live up to this standard!! Add the live music, with some close friends, and you have the beginnings of a great night!!
I've ate steak in most states, this has been by far my favorite. Also one of the most expensive at 40 dollars for a 1 1/2 pound t-bone. But these wet dried steaks are by far worth it. Plus, the deep fried biscuits add alot. Decor wise, the best I've seen, sat upstairs at bar, the bar seats are from the old Bush Stadium! How awesome is that?
Prices are higher then most, however they have best steaks around .
