DO NOT EAT HERE! My boyfriend and I went to this waffle house on January 4, 2014. We had eaten here in the past and decided that it was the best WH in Tuscaloosa. However, when we arrived my spoon was dirty. I asked the waiter for another spoon, which I was given, but it was also dirty. We ordered our food and as we were eating a roach fell from the ceiling onto my napkin. When the waiter asked if everything was okay I pointed to the roach. She said "gross" then took a napkin, squished the bug and walked away. We did not eat the rest of our food, we simply paid and left. Normally, I would ask to speak to the manager but being that our bill was not much I just paid and will not return in the future. Beware, you have been warned!
During my visit I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. My waitress was Linda Mill and she was extremely rude and very unwelcoming! I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone!
