This was the slowest starbucks ever and then they got the venti ice coffee wrong...they gave us a grande instead of the venti we ordered.

For those new to Starbucks there was no sign directing people where to order. The cashier took my name so I took a seat and waited, and waited. Finally I went to the counter and my drink was just sitting there. She said she "called it out" but I and another patron never heard our names called. Maybe a great place for those accustomed to mediocrity. At that price I expect service.
