Saturday afternoon me and 3 friends went to Outback. I had gift card we all eat and I was going to pick up the balance with debit card. I should have known that it wasnt going to be good when we received the butter for the potato after we had eaten. The waitress told both cards and then she came back. She said I have never had this to happen but I lost your debit card. I told her to call the manager. Leslie came over and said. She thinks some how my card went behind the cash register. She told me she would all that night after they closed to let me know that she found my card or not. No phone call that night.....So I come home from church no phone call no nothing. I call the Outback but the Manager Jim Quick was to busy to talk to me. Told the girl get Mr Quick. He said he has not spoken with Leslie so he doesnt know if she found my card. I told him this may not be important to him but I need to know if someone at Outback has my card or if someone else does. He didnt know. He said Leslie will be in anytime he will have her call me its been 30 minutes and I have not heard from anyone. I cant go to the store no card or put gas in my car. I will post after Leslie calls me. But my bill last night was $68.00 they took my gift card gave me a $20.00 oops cards and they will take care of the bill because they cant charge it to my debit card. Is this the type company you want handling your debit. Mistakes happen but when he didnt have time to talk to me or even if someone wood have called me back last as promised. Customer service is a thing of the past.......or just not at Outback...

Nice surroundings, good service and Great food, I've become a regular there and love it every time.
Good place to eat. Have been here several times. The only time the food was not right was when we had a new waiter. It is the usual Outback experience.
