Every time I go to this Logan I think it will get better - that it cannot be worse then the last time, man is that wrong!!! Better take a way to send smoke signals when you go! Several smoke signals or start whistling to get someone attention! Would not recommend this place to anyone
Just received terrible service from unapologetic servers and managers. We are on an 11 hour drive home, and were served the wrong food, whilst waiting over an hour to eat. I have never written a review, but felt compelled to do so, considering management never offered to adjust our bill or say a simple "sorry." We were actually told to "drink a beer and wait." Two short words,... Don't go.
My wife and me were travelling thru the town on a business trip we like logans very much we order finally after atleast 15 min some one their noticed us we almost left she said welcome to logans .she came back a few more minutes later .we told her we were ready to order w we ordered the steak and small lobster my was ok .I order mine med my wife med rare it came out aprox 15 min later the waiter who brought it out ask if they were cooked right my wife said it more med not med rare he just walked away like didn't care or didn't here our waitress never came. Back to our table she was to busy flirting with two young ladies that were in her section also I oreded a roadhouse tea it was terrible I told a waitress that did get the manager mike to atleast remake it .this road house need training bad I eat at roadhouse a lot all. Over in diff states no comparison they need to change the name of this place before it ruins their Brand name
Food was awful, send it back 3 times, waitress well not trained with communicating orders on, management not understanding on there mess up, definitely won't be going back here ever again.
