Cooper Chevrolet Buick

Service Manager "BO" was very friendly and efficient.
These guys aparently did NOT want our business. Came to them to trade in our JEEP to downgrade to something more fuel efficient and after going through the basics they said they'd give me a call with the next step. We saw them on a Friday and were supposed to hear something the following Monday. No call whatsoever and it's been almost 2 weeks since then. Not giving them my business. Go somewhere else!
Cooper is notorious for passing off buybacks! In fact, do like I did and when they tell you the car you're looking at is a buyback, ask what that means. I was told "oh, that means the previous owner didn't like it, so we bought it back" WHICH IS A LIE! A buyback is a car that failed the LEMON LAW and the dealership was forced to buy it back from the owner. And now Cooper Chevrolet would like for you to be the proud new owner of a BUYBACK, and they're happy to mislead you about it too. RUN, don't walk, away from this place.
Just returned from Pierson Chevrolet in Gadsden, who very successfully diagnosed and repaired my car - replaced wheel bearing and fixed leaking axle. I had previously taken it to Pierson, who said there was nothing wrong with it. They obviously did not do a good job checking the car over, if they even checked it at all.
