The first thing I noticed was the waitress "chewing", she couldn't even greet anyone or speak because she was too busy eating. When she was able to talk I asked her how long it would be for an order, I had an appointment in the next building 25 minutes later. She told me it would be 9 minutes for the wings so I said I would take them, fries and a coke. After the people behind me placed their order, the waitress disappeared. After 20 minutes I went to the counter and she was putting up her coat and smelling of fresh cigarette smoke. I then informed her if I missed this appointment I would loose my $60! Although I had given her a decent tip, I truly wish I had not done so, since her eating and smoking was more important. To say the least she OVER promised on the 9 minutes and then UNDER delivered 20 something minutes later. The wings were overcooked and practically meatless, was NOT worth the $13 I paid for bad service, a bunch of fries and chicken bones.
The wife and I love this place. We have redeemed a few of their frequent flyer cards for free food items and they know our orders by heart now. The staff is very cheerful and always nice. Wings are tasy and fries are pretty great as well. Love the atmosphere.
The food was great - especially the wings! We tried three flavors and they were all tasty. On top of great food, the service was exceptional. We interacted with at least four employees who were all cheerful and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well cared for. Nice place. A new favorite for us.
Great fries but the wings were about as thick as the French fries...NOT ENOUGH MEAT! If they increase their wing quality this place would be great
Decent prices and good wings give it a try you will be suprised
