Our waitress was fantastic. She refilled our drinks and rolls before we even asked. The food was great and at a good price. I didn't realize our appetizer had onions in it, so the waitress took it back free of charge when she noticed I didn't eat very much of it. It's my daughter's favorite restaurant.

This was my first and last time eating here, my girlfriend and I wanted to try it out for our anniversary and it was terrible. As everyone else on here has said the music was to loud and the lighting was bad but the worse part was the food. my steak was OK, I have had much better for the price I paid. My girlfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken and it came out uncooked, and when I say uncooked i mean it was still see-threw and bloody, I showed the manager and all he had to say was sorry and told me to "mention his name next time we came in and they would cut us a break" still charged us for her dinner which she had lost her appetite for and worse of all ruined a very special night for us. there was no compensation other then a " I'm sorry" and it won't happen next time, well i hate to say it but there will not be a next time.

This is the second time Texas Roadhouse has disappointed me in two months. I figured that I should give the establishment another chance because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. The food was just as bad as the last time; steak was chewy like gum and I wouldn’t even take it home for my dog. The wait staff passed by multiple times and didn’t refill my wife’s drink. Did I mention the state of the restroom? My five year old son didn’t want to go in because there was trash and urine all over the floor; reminded me of a college bar bathroom. I will NEVER go back the this establishment, Texas Roadhouse is garbage.

the music was way to loud I couldn't even hear the hostess as she was trying to seat us. how is out possible to screw up a bacon cheeseburger? well they did! I will never go back!

The food was fine, and that's not the problem. I didn't leave the restaraunt angry or upset or anything, they treated us very well i just had problems with a few things that will make me never go back. The music is WAY to loud. Worse than a bar 1.) I didn't like how the music got even LOUDER and then the waitresses did dances. 2.) Food was undercooked had to send it back (not a big deal though) 3.) Cold and dark -- Did I mention loud? I was seriously yelling at my boyfriend just to have a conversation. 4.) The food wasn't anything that i or my boyfriend could've made ourselves and it was over-priced. On the lighter side, because i had to send my meat back we got a free meal (mine and my boyfriend's) and a free apetizer if we go back. Very friendly staff and we were treated very respectfully. It's very loud in there.
