Nice Place, good food BUT the owner was very rude. I was over charged for my order and the cashier new what she had done wrong. I didnt realise it right away and when I went back 2min later the owner was ready for a fight as I didnt have my reciept. Not impressed with her service and she was very loud and didnt make you feel very welcome at her cafe. Will not be going back again.
Avoid. We stopped for a quick lunch and wish we hadn't. Our toasted sandwhiches were not cooked through, the sausage roll was inedible and we couldn't drink the mocca coffee as it tasted terrible. We also noted two other tables complaining about the wait on their food. Plenty of other lovely places to eat in Whitianga.
Spent New Years in Whitianga and had breakfast at this Cafe a couple of mornings in a row. The Atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the food was great and reasonably priced for the time of year. Will definately be going back !
