Extremely slow service with one mistake in a simple order. It took 45 minutes to get coffees when the place was only mildly busy.
After waiting 20 minutes for my coffee, I had to ask for it again. I was told it would come out straight away, I waited another 15 minutes to be told that it had never been written down, the lady at the counter was new and learning and I hadn’t paid for it. They finally bought it out and they had got it wrong and I pointed out on my bill how I had been charged for it, the waitress pointed out that actually I still owed 50cents! What happened to customer service? I won’t be back.

Friendly people, excellent coffee and great food--try the "little brekkie" or the hot muffins after 9AM. But the best of all is the ambience. Sitting infront of a cosy fire (yes, winter in NZ has it's benefits) whilst enjoying the above is tough to top.
