Excellent hotel situated in the centre of Zurich just opposite Opernhaus, very close to the lake. Perfect friendly staff, excellent kitchen, incredible rooms (not too huge but very comfortable). I have been staying there for the last three years, this is the single hotel in the world where I feel myself like at home. The least time I was staying there with my family - the child was hedged round with nice care and attention by all staff, special food was cooked..I look forward to stay there during each next visit to Zurich.

Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel verweilen konnten und auch nur ein kleines Zimmer gebucht hatten ist eine Bewertung sehr schwierig. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber, Bett und Matratze super bequem und komfortabel. Minibar vorhanden. Kaffee, Wasser, Obst und Toilettenartikel gratis. Frühstück haben wir leider nicht ausprobiert, deshalb kein Urteil. Frühstücksbereich sah jedoch sehr gemütlich aus. Sehr gutes Fischrestaurant ist angeschlossen. Ein Glas Champagner gab es zum Empfang. Die Oper und die Altstadt, sowie der See nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Lage ist absolut Spitze. Empfangspersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber in der Operntiefgarage. Haltebereich um das Gepäck auszuladen direkt vor dem Hotel. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

This hotel bills itself as 'your city home' and that is how we feel every time we stay there! The staff feels like a family. The rooms are well appointed, the beds comfortable and the restaurant serves great food. What really shows is the concern for guests. On a recent trip I was not well and the staff leapt into action - searching out medical help, providing off-menu food that would help, and generally being solicitous. They are great people and we would heartily recommend them. The hotel is blessed with a central location and is reasonably quiet for a city hotel. Great value for the money!

I spent just "few hours". I appretiated the lcoation, the service was really excellent. Food in the restaurant was delicious. I slept well - the bed was comfortable and room was silent. I will for sure come back.
