Amazing, I went there today with a bit a sore throat not thinking I asked for lemon in my chi tea latte to help sooth it, the barista then mentioned it would curdle because of the milk, and offered me hot water with lemon on the house, A-plus customer service. Not too mention the atmosphere and quality of there products is always top notch.
