this place is not only the worst shisha lounge i've ever been to but the worst establishment i've ever been in my life. usually i don't write reviews no matter how bad the place is but i need to warn people. the waitresses are horrible. the first shisha they gave me didn't even work (i waited half an hour for this one) and ended up waiting 15 minutes for a new one. when we got seating the waittress literally said "what do you want?" the atmosphere is HORRIBLE. they dont play arabic/middle eastern music. they would rather play house music/guetta crap thats at a louder volume than most clubs i've been to. i couldnt hear half of what my girlfriend was saying. i went home with a blistering headache from the pounding beats. prices are ridiculous too. not much food. shwarma is 13 bucks (seriously?). hummus was ok. do yourself a favour; go to mississauga or toronto if you want shisha. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
The moment we entered our I.D cards were checked by the waitress; yet, we were seating in our spots for almost 30 minutes without any attention. After waving a waitress down, we heard a reluctant "what do you want?" instead of any acknowledging that we were seating there for 30 minutes. 10 minutes after we ordered a hookah and a pitcher of beer, the waitress returned and notified us that the beer we ordered wasn't available. We chose a different beer, and the waitress left. We sat there for another 15 minutes, during which we realized that we were sitting there for an hour, without a hookah and without beer. Sad part is, there were plenty waitresses and the place wasn't even busy. Prices are too expensive. The most expensive hookah lounge I've seen in my life, yet the service is so crappy. Not a place where I want to be.
