My wife and I recently stopped at the McDonald's located at 110 Prescott Centre Drive just off the 401 east in Prescott on our way from Hamilton to Ottawa. We had something to eat and drink and I thought I would use the washroom before we continued on our trip. When I entered the men's washroom, I was totally disgusted. There was urine all over the toilet seat and a pool of urine on the floor all around the toilet. There was no way that I was going to use it. I stormed out and went to the front counter and confronted a young female employee and advised he of what I found and she just stood there with a dumbfounded look on her face so I turned and my wife and I walked out. I don't know how often the clean their washrooms, but obviously it's not often enough.
I went to the Prescott location and purchased a Fan Pack with hopes of the Sochi coins. When I got home they were not in the box. I called the store and they told me that they were sold out. They ask if the cashier told me before ordering about them being sold out and and told them that no they did not tell me. They said sorry about that and that was it. My 9 yr old was looking forward to the promo coins. Owell tipical customer service from McDonalds.
Worst drive through experiences after 9 pm orders are incorrect 75% of the time in my experiences ive been there 20 times or so foods decent if they can get the orders right
In restaurant just like any other McDonalds, but the drive-thru service is consistently the worst I've ever experienced.
