this is such a terrible location. I don't know who the manager is (they're never in sight.) As a previous tim hortons employee, i must say i am so thankful i never had to work here. the employees dont communicate with each other, EVER. trainees are left unsupervised without a clue about what they are doing, nor does anyone help them. Coffee and steeped tea never have the "20 minute fresh" marker on them, it's always messy, drive thru is super slow (might as well just get out of your car), and when you walk in to wait in line, if an employee is walking around aimlessly, they dont take the initiative to open another register to take your order. Bottom line, if you are in a rush to go to work, or elsewhere, this is NOT the location to stop at. no one wants to wait 10 minutes for a coffee !!
Longest wait to be acknowledged at the drive thru ever. Worst Timmies in the city. Very awkward access to drive thru lanes as well. Avoid at all costs.
This has be THE worse timmies in the national capital region. I hate having to stop at this one but I always do because I think it will be better. It never is. Slow, slow, slow. I wish the manager would wake up and get on the ball.
