Wanted to go to Pizza Pizza, walked into the wrong store. Somehow came out with a slice of pizza and a donut. Great customer service. Edit: Upon further review, slice of pizza was actually a croissant.

We call this "the worst Tim Hortons ever." Basically, the only safe thing to order is black coffee. The food isn't very fresh, with sandwiches sloppily slapped together with wilted vegetables. When I ordered hot chocolate, what I got was literally slightly cocoa-flavoured hot water. They even managed to screw up regular coffee orders by adding the wrong amount of milk and sugar the few times I had no choice but to go to this one.
