i come here about once a month with my fiancé. food is always good, the wonton nachos are our personal favorite. the service depends on the waitress and how many people are in the restaurant.
I never have anything bad to say, but this place was horrible, the floor was dirty, the waitress took away our saltshaker while eating, the food wasnt that great, they didnt bring any small plates for the 9 of us to share appetizers. Do not go to this place with large groups, many if not all will leave disappionted.
I'm a big fan of Kelsey's and anywhere we've gone, excellent food and service. Always.
Except this place. It was pretty empty yet it took 10 minutes for a waitress to get to us. Another 10 min to get our drinks. She brought us the wrong drinks...asking us what we ordered (she only had one other table to wait on...I didn't understand how she could get confused). So, finally, the right drinks came. Then, another 20 min to get our wings? They were good...but not worth the wait. The place was dead and I just didn't understand it. No apologies, nothing.
It was the first time I've ever left no tip. I understand when a waitress is busy, or the kitchen is held up (especially if the waitstaff informs us)...but there didn't seem to be any excuse for such bad service.
