Pizza is great although somewhat expensive, tastes fresh and over all prompt service, even when it was crowded with an UFC event my buddy and I were seated pretty fast. We were served rather slowly however, pizza came about 30 minutes after placing order, thus the average rating. I will visit again however for sure, until then my rating will stand.

This was my first time in a very long time that I decided to visit BP again. Normally, I have tried to avoid it because of its terrible service and over priced food. Nevertheless, I visited again with some friends. Our server took 15 minutes to get our waters and additional 20 minutes to place our orders. My friend and I ordered the same type of pasta. However, she specifically had said she wanted vegetarian and with more spice, whereas mine was the regular. After waiting for 15 minutes, our food was delivered by another server, who had no idea of who ordered what. The server failed to mention who had ordered the spicy pasta and accidentally it got switched. Now, it is hard to judge the pasta just by simply looking at it, so not until after I had 3 bites I realized that my mouth was burning. My friend and I realized that our pasta might have switched however she had already started eating hers and I wasn't going to switch midway, so I asked our original server to perhaps make it again. Without acknowledging his mistake that he should have ensured there were 2 different tastes of the same pasta when serving, he made a sour face and grabbed my plate and left. Very unprofessional! I realized that if I placed a new order and the time it takes to cook the food, it will be over 20 minutes. So, I asked the waiter to cancel the order as I wasn't impressed with the service...nor his attitude. The server snapped at me for cancelling the order! At that moment, I wanted to speak with the manager but decided to hold against it. Throughout our time at BP, the server NEVER once asked us how our food tasted or if we needed anything (which we did!) Overall, lousy service and arrogant servers and terrible customer service skills.

I valued it low cuz it's expensive. I went there with my girl friend and a simple dinner ran me $80. May be it's not that bad but I'm a student so $80 is a lot of me. Lol overall I was pleased with the service and the food was fantastic.

good food but small portion

Our group visited this location yesterday for a Patio Party. I would just like to thank the staff and management of this location for a terrific time had by our group. It is really nice to see an establishment that still cares about service and value.
