Recently visited on Canada day. The place was very busy which is understandable. The waiting staff seemed very experienced and efficient. The pub has a beautiful view of the bay and two patios but only one of them has tables so there was a wait for the few tables on the top patio. I ordered a beef dip sandwhich, for starters the portion was much smaller than a typical pub beef dip, it was almost a half sandwhich.. they also charged $1 extra each for cheese, mushrooms and onions which usually comes standard on this type of sandwhich. The sandwhich and fries came to $18 which I thought was a little steep given the portion size.
The drink menu is AMAZING! Food was great too, I could hardly finish my fish and chips because there was so much. Our server was fantastic at first but by the time we wanted our bill she seemed distracted and kept walking past us. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars! Will definitely visit again.
Great food and service. Every time I am in Malone Bay, I ensure to dine here at least once per trip.
Had several wonderful meals here, great food and a beautiful view. The servers were all very friendly and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. A recommended, go out of your way stop for your visit to Nova Scotia.
