We arrived on October 10 2014 at 5:30pm. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to noticed we (3 of us) had taken seats in the lounge. After ordering drinks and food, it took about 10 minutes to receive drinks. The appetizers (Thai Chicken Bites) came at a moderate time and were delicious. Then an hour later the shrimp tacos, side of fries, and all meat wings arrived. That was the meal for my friends, my burger still had not arrived. The fries were cold, the wings were cold and bland, and the shrimp tacos were cold and had almost no sauce on them. Finally my burger arrived after another 10 minutes, burger was cold, fries were cold. This the worst service and food I have seen in a while and on top of that the last time I saw food this horrible and service this bad was at this very restaurant. We also order delivery often from this restaurant and its usually horrible quality as well. Don't waste your time or money on this horribly managed branch of BP. I hope the manager see this review and actually do something. I am never going here again.
The new bacon wrapped steak sliders are awesome! Highly recommended.
