I go to McDonalds regularly, and IM always greeted with a smile, they treat you like they care, and for the price, it's worth returning.

Incident occurred between 3:30 - 3:45 pm friday jan 13, 2012 I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and small fries and specified 4 times and made it CLEAR with the food attendant (And she acknowledged) that I am deathly allergic (anaphylactic shock) to ketchup and to substitute with mayo or a non ketchup product. Also specified for a 5th time loud enough and at the direction to woman making the burger and she looked at me as if there was confirmation that I am deathly allergic to ketchup. I told the attendant and said I have seconds to live as I go into anaphylactic shock immediately from 1 tiny drop of ketchup. Once I got the order in my hands I asked her for a 6th time that there is no ketchup, not even a drop anywhere in this bag. She confirmed with confidence as she rolled her eyes there was none. I left the building with TRUST. Well guess what! I left Mcdonalds with my bag of food and went up the highway and put my mouth around the burger but didn't bite because at the corner of my eye, I saw ketchup on the wrapper. I then opened the bun and saw enough ketchup to gross most people out into eating a cheese burger with that much sauce. Is this attempted murder? You can pull up security camera video and sound on this to prove what happened. This McDonalds location is ‪10 Ensley Dr, Moncton, NB‬. I was wearing a Green woven wool jacket, military style adidas cap with custom embroidered lettering written on one side and the adidas logo on the other side, black jeans with white stitching. Eye-brow ring and piercing in both ears. Marydean Basque was the manager that came out to talk to me after I nervously drove back to the Mcdonalds. I really did try to keep my cool with the girl that served me the tainted burger as she refunded my money. I don't think I even got an apology from her. I keep thinking this was attempted murder? I was deathly afraid for my life and physically shaking. I almost died purchasing a $4.00 meal! I was offered coupons from Mary-dean Basque for what happened but I am afraid for my life to eat at another Mcdonalds restaurant so had to refuse and go higher up on her authority. No empathy at all from anybody that I dealt with. This is somebodies LIFE they are playing with. I want financial restitution for playing with my life, not a coupon for a free meal. Does Mcdonalds really train properly? Are deadly allergic reactions to food not considered a high priority?

Don't visit this location after 11:00. They just plain dont want your business after these hours. On several occasions I have visited this located late at night and I have been stunned as to the poor service. When placing your order you will be cut off and asked is that everything, they do not wait for you to finish. Your order will probably be wrong and soggy, and if you order ice-cream you will have your food eaten (or it will be very cold) before you get it. We waited 25 minutes one night in the drive through for icecream, they said they couldnt find a spoon..... The employees are very cranky as well, I was asked to pull to the second window but I misheard her and was waiting at the first window for quite some time. I then decided to pull forward and before I got to the second window the employee stuck the bag out the window.....arent I supposed to pay first? I asked her if she wanted me to pull to the second window, when she said yes I asked her why she didnt come let me know or signal somehow, she glared at me and said nothing.
