Good Afternoon all . I've been to Mooser's many times now. The wings are great ! However, the last two times that I have been there my experience wasnt the best. The first time the waitress came and got our order, there was no customer service at all. We didnt wait long for our food which is good. Expecting her too come and ask us how our meal was, was out of the question, she was always going to the tables where all the '' men '' were, cause she was expecting a bigger tip im assuming. We were done our meal we waited 20 minutes to receive our BILL .. we hadnt reveiced it so we went up to the counter and waited an other 10 minutes for the waitress to ask us if she could help us with anything.. after we tell her that we wanted our bill, she decided to serve two of her other '' men '' tables before us. After that experience I didn't want to go back. Second time going was not too long ago. We decided to sit in the upper section to make sure that we did not get the same waitress . As soon as we got there , there was a new waitress there and she started off on a good path, I was actually suprised ! once we received out food we didnt see an other waitress all night, no one came to see us at all .. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! so once again ... waiting for our bill .. IF YOU WANT US TO PAY ... GIVE US THE BILL !!!!! so I decide to go see for my bill instead of walking out and not paying .. and there was our waitress DRINKING at the bar .. seriously .. good freaking job .. so then an other waitress asked us what we needed and we told her our bill, and then she started having a dispute with the bar man about bringing food to the table while he had his jacket on because he was outside having a cigarette .. so after we FINALLY got out bill (15 minutes after ) we paid and left .. I will not be going there ever again .. im sure SPORTS ROCK will give me GREAT SERVICE and there the waitresses are EXCEPTIONAL so because of yoour awesome waitresses .. I will be taking my business elswhere.

Food was good would have like to see real turkey on my club also no changing tables as a family restaurant will change my opinion if i go back soon...

Best wings in greater Moncton. Wing nights are crazy busy but worth the wait.
