so disappointed today, i have ordered ice pumpkin spice latte in the morning, stay there about an hour. I'm gold member of Starbucks, as I used to do, I asked free refill which can be hot or ice brewed coffee. The staff said the one I ordered PSL is not available for free refill i had to order regular coffee. I'm not sure what is the point putting free refill service on just regular coffee order which is less pricey and completely removing the service for customer who pay much more than regular coffee. This is first time I regret to set up membership with them
