Funny Stuff
I went to rumors on Friday August 12th wtih friends. Initially I made a reservation for 7 but modified my reservation at the door to 6. To make the reservation, my CC was supplied but would not be charged if I paid at the door (which I did). First, when I we showed up, we were told that they don't "reserve" seats for parties under 8, and we were placed in a cramped corner, although sitting together (sharing a table with another party). The show was pretty funny (Reese Waters, funny guy). Service was okay (a little slow, but the waitresses do a decent job in the dark). A couple days later I noticed a $30 charge on my credit card. I called the company and spoke to very unhelpful and confrontational woman, that told me that I "cancelled" my reservation by changing it from 7 to 6. This is besides the point that they don't even reserve your seats if your party is under 8. She insisted that this is a "standard" policy. Unacceptable, especially considering that our seats were not even reserved. If you decide to go to rumors, under no circumstances should you give them your credit. They are untrustworthy and have terrible customer service. I issued a chargeback through my credit card to recover the funds.
