Took 15 minutes just for them to make 4 small hot chocolates to go.
They don't know how to make iced coffee and the fries taste like cardboard. Aside from that, I do agree that they make very good whoppers here.
Cold fries then waited ten more minuts in drive through for fresh frirs burger where cold then also worst Mcdonalds ever.I given this place 5 honest try's. 4 out 5 times order has been wrong. WENDY'S it is from now on.
GO TO THE RESTAURENT ALMOST EVERY MORNING .THIS STORE IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED AND GET THE ORDERS WRONG ON A REGULAR BASIS THIS MORNING THE DRIVE THREW ATTANTANT WAS ONLY TAKING ORDERS FR THE OUTSIDE LANE IN THE DRIVE THRERW .. MANY PPL WAS FRUSRATING .. SO I SPOKE THE THE LADY AT THE SECOND WINDOW TO TELL HER MY CONCERNS AND WAS TOLD HADA HADA HADA THK YOU FOR YR CONCERN AND HAVE A GOOD DAY .. I GOT THE BRUSH OFF SO I TRYED CONTRACTING THE HEAD OFFICE IN TORONTO .. WHICH BY THE WAY HAS NO EMAIL ADRESS FOR THAT .. SO YOU HAVE TO CALL AND JUMP THREW HOOPS TO GET A REAL PETRSON ON THE LINE IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT POOR CUSTOMER SETRVICE STARTS AT THE TOP OF THIS ORGANIZATION VERY VERY POOR SEVICE AND NO FOLLOW UP GARBAGE OF A PLACE THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELFS
I often go there for breakfast, and they keep screwing up my order. Service is slow, it is poorly organized, and there is only one cashier inside for the morning rush.
