The Kingsway Hotel/Pub is one of three historic hotels that grace downtown Port Alberni, fortunately they are still open and active. The Kinsgway Hotel looks old and somewhat rundown on the outside - and does not look very inviting. But if you venture inside your in for a treat. The large size pub is interesting and filled with local history. The pub food is very good and plentyful as is the drinks selection. The employees are friendly and the service is top notch.Depending on the day you visit, there may music bingo and/or live music in the evening.
When in Port Alberni drop by the Kinsway Hotel Pub and I trust you too will discover a great place to kick back, enjoy lunch and perhaps a game of pool and a beverage all at a decent price. We're glad we did.
