Wow... after 1 hour of placing my order for delivery, I get a call from the Port Alberni Boston Pizza saying they won't deliver my dinner because I'm too far. I offered to pay them $10 extra and they refused... What the hell, don't they have someone other than a dropout working there that can look the address up and either say yes or no to delivery. I'm not even 15 minutes away and they can't deliver? I'm visiting the area and won't ever be visiting this dump again.
If you went to this location for a first time dinning experience with Boston Pizza, you would probably never go back. Service was terrible. Half the items ordered not available. 80% food received-very poor quality. Undercooked chicken, inedible onion soup, overcooked, tasteless old mushroom caps. Poor managerial skills. Do not recommend this location. But, great experience at other locations.
Open again and awesome food come check it out... Better owners good job guys keep it up
Port Alberni Boston Pizza re-opened May 1st 2011 with new owners. A young couple from vancouver. They are open late. Sunday-Thursday 11am-midnight and Friday Saturday 11am-2am.
Restaurant still closed since summer. Bailiffs showed up and closed place down and he staff went 30 days without wages.
