After multiple bad experiences with this location I feel it's safe to say that it has the worst service ever. The food is great, it's the service that's terrible. Tonight was the last time I will ever go back. It took a total of 40 minutes just to get our drinks and place our order. It took another 40 minutes before we even seen our meal (our meal was an appetizer, nachos don't take long to "cook"). The excuse for the terrible service was there were a lot of mistakes in the kitchen. The problem is that every time I have gone, it's always the same. I've gone for drinks with friends and was forced to leave after one drink because we got tired of waiting for someone to get us another. This location clearly needs better management, it's extremely disorganized.
Went here weeks ago as its close to my friend's house. We ordered drinks, which we waited 20 mins for. I had to actually go get the waitress and remind her we are still waiting (and not it was not busy). So we get our drinks, and after 5 mins we are ready to order, again the waitress is nowhere to be found. We waited... After another 10 mins I had to go look for her. We ordered food but then after another 20 mins.... We just gave up and decided to leave money for the drinks and walk out. Went there again last night to give it another chance (it's nearby friend's house, what can I say) and the place was not busy at all, but we were informed by the hostess that due to the fact that they only have half a kitchen staff tonight, it will be a half hour wait to be seated LOL. Never heard that before in my life. We left right then and there of course, but something is definitely up with the management at this place. Needs an overhaul. Wasn't always like this...
