this mcdonalds is by far the worst not only mcdonalds, but fast food restaurant i have ever been too. I have been to this particular location for lunch multiple times because i work in ponoka. everytime i order i have to repeat myself like 5 times they always get my order wrong for what i want on my burger than today was the absolute worst! I ordered a quarter pounder meal and I checked to make sure they got my order right when she handed me the bag of food and to my surprise (not really) there was no fries. now normally this wouldn't be that big of deal but when i ask for the fries she charges me $2.60. when it really should have only been like $1.10 if they got my order right in the first place. then they proceed to tell me i did not order a meal nor will they ring it in again so I get charged the whole thing. Unless they do something to fix this I am never going here again. I know were only talking about a bit of change but just their attitude at the store and how they consistently get orders wrong is really a pain in the rear end. I am definitely going somewhere else from now on. I'd advise everyone to stay away from this place. if you just want a hassle free lunch go to the wendys or dq down the street.
Even by McDonald's or fast food standards in general, this one is bad. More often than not, the patties are old, dried out, and cold. Fries are cold, soggy, and over salted. Don't even bother trying to special order something, they'll charge you for it, but it ain't gonna happen! This sucks because it would be nice for me to be able to satisfy the occasional Big Mac craving without having to drive 50kms to a McDonald's with a little quality control.
