Appalled by our experience. Delivery took over an hour, our pizzas had clearly been sitting for quite some time. The sour cream was hot from being in with the pizza for so long. Called to complain, put on hold for nearly ten minutes. Had to call back and were put on hold again. Pizza was soggy and cold. Food was terrible and the customer service was worse.
Not sure which Boston Pizza everyone else is eating at but this one is terrible. I've been here twice a few months a part. The first time we ate in the pub. It was dirty, the table was sticky and the waitress disappeared when it was time to bring us our food and took almost 20 minutes to bring dessert. The second chance we gave it resulted in us standing at the till waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes. It wasn't even busy and a waitress took a customers money then turned around and walked away without seating us. We're obviously way to forgiving because we should have walked out at that point. It then took forever for the waitress to take our order. Surprisingly the right food arrived quickly. My fiancée's pasta was good but my sandwich was cold. I wish this town had some selection.
The service at this bps is horrible. We walked in and had several staff members walk by and ignore us. We waited almost ten minutes to be seated when it wasn't busy and we were the only people waiting. This is the second time we've been to this Boston pizza and both times the service has been very slow and they took a long time to even come take our orders. I am definitely not planning on visiting this restaurant again. Which is too bad because Boston pizzas are usually pretty good all over and always a reliable place to stop and eat when you are just passing through.
This is by far the worst BPs lounge set up ever. It feels crowded and there is not even a pool table. There are not many places in the lounge you can sit with a group larger than 5.
