I travel extensively throughout the world and no matter where I'm at I always end up with what I've asked for. I've visited Starbucks throughout Europe, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Japan, Malayasia, Thailand, Canada and the US and have never had a bad experience. As long as you let them know what you want they'll do as long as it's something within the capabilities of the ingredients they have to work with. If you don't like it tell them and they'll make you a new one.

Service is horrible. Never seem to get a order right. My drink should be made how I ask for it, not how the barista thinks it should be made.
