Boy, our review could start right from the hostest who sat us at a dirty table, started naming off the specials while everyone was still standing in a narrow isle behind one another. Waitress we had was slow (however I observed one doing a good job). We ordered a Ceasar salad - at that $12 or $14 it cost, We were surprised when our salads came with what looked to be about half a chicken breast each. Only had an opportunity to tell the waitress at the end when we were done that one salad tasted gross compared to the other. Took it off the bill, which was nice, but added some great attitude when she told us as she was walking away. attention manager: get rid of your crummy staff - only one looked as if she was doing a good job, for the other 4 of them with only 10 tables - do us a favor and work in a position where you don't have to deal with people.
First of all it is not an regular western restaurant. Second, I think the chef used to cook korean food. Why I said that. I ordered the chilli burger. The dish looks like I just vomit on the plate. And the worst thing that is the chilli is sweet sweet and hot. I never had this kind of chilli. My girl order Steak and shrimp. But I believe the chef still confused with beef and steak. He must believe any beef could be called as steak. So that is the food is what I had. The restaurant decoration is fine, service is ok. So if you are so hungry and need a place for washroom. Maybe it is good.
It was horrible. My family went in to the restaurant and it was almost closing time. A girl served us to a table and we waited for any waiters to take our order but nobody came. I wanted to see the manager but she never came. It was the worst restaurant service ever in my life.
Burger and Sandwich were very good. The food came very fast and we've got a nice place at the window.
First of all, when I said we have six people. The girl said if there's six or more people, an 18% was going to be charged. Why? For the food, I don't know much about Korean food, so no comment.
