I have had many Tim's coffee over the years but in the last two months or so I have went to the drive through and order double doubles and just plain black coffees to take for the guys at work. Three times now we have tasted dish soap in our coffee and the cream has curdled in the coffee to the point we have thrown it out. Now we could have returned it to the store but we were far enough away that it was not worth it. I told an employee at the store about this and the last time we went for a coffee and it was not quite Tim's usual yet what is wrong. Is it the employees do not care or something else?
Worst service ever...ordered a simple sausage on a biscuit..was given it on an English muffin..and told it was a biscuit. .ordered a large frozen green tea..was given a frozen lemonade. .ordered a large coffee 3 milk..was given cold coffee and told the milk cooled it down..by far the worst service ever..if you can't make a simple order go work somewhere else..terrible terrible terrible..Tim hortons should really evaluate the staff here..terrible..
The service is good but the location is not the greatest...it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot.
Coffee and a bagel belt! Yummy!
