Pizza was to standard but requested hot peppers/ banana peppers and received jalapeño. Steamed veggies for infant came out 15 min late after second request. No quality check was completed. Server asked how much change would you like upon departure. Bad service to the point where it became humorous.
worst experience in a while. seems like this franchise is sinking. poor quality food prepared wrong. The staff seemed under paid and un enthusiastic. worst of all red peppers were the dipping vegetable on the kids meals.
The food and service were both good. I'd come here again if I was in the city.

Worst boston pizza I ever ate at! Scewed my steak up both times I went, poor responding service to it! Will never eat there again!
