Womens washroom was disgusting. Tried to tell the cashier, but she just insisted they don't clean the women's washroom. That's the responsibility if the Wendy's side. Fine, except Tim's is open 24hours. Wendy's was closed. No apology, no f*s given.
Slow, poorly organized lines. Uncharacteristic of TH.
Always dirty Always crowded and long waits in short lines, even in the wee hours of the morning.
You think this place gets it act together they get huge numbers of people who stop there and yet they are slow as can be and staff look to have no idea what they serve on the menu. Also stop being so cheap and install a hand dryer that works in the bathroom.
Waited 10 minutes in line. Woman at till messed up orders. Had wrong smoothie flavor and forgot a coffee. The manager made us wait another 5 minutes just to start a new order to pay for the coffee. I'm so chapped
