I took my husband there on his 30th birthday thinking they would give him a free shot for free like every one else does (including the Boston pizza on the North end of red deer). So they said they would. We ordered a 2 ounce shot and I said I would pay for that extra shot since they usually only give a 1 once shot for free on birthdays. So they charged me $6 per shot plus the $5 red bull and took $6 off. The bill came to $11 for the two ounce shot when one ounce was suppose to be free. I know how much these shots cost as they are our regular shots when we go out drinking. They are $11 per shot. (2 ounces) She charged me the regular price of the shot. Trying to fool me into thinking that I got that free 1 ounce shot. and trying to say the Red Bull was $5. Bull shit. Your just a bunch of cheap waitresses that can't make a living else where. The service sucks. And the waitresses have to get their manager who is 50 and tries to look like a 20 year old to cover for them because they say they can do stuff that they actually do not have the authority to do. It's always slow in there, and it takes 15 min to get a beer. They don't have pool tables or VLTs. I would rather go support the other local pubs than this dive. At least the other pubs stick to their word and have decent waitresses to serve drinks on time. The other local pubs have pool tables and serve better food than Boston Pizza in Blackfalds. If your looking for a pub to eat at, keep going south past Boston Pizza about 3 or 4 blocks. You'll find a good pub by the shell station. Don't waste your money, I promise you won't be happy with the service at this Boston Pizza. I hope they go out of business and put something worth while there. It's a waste of space
