You are not going here for a high class high quality meal, you go for a decent meal at a decent price,and that is what you get. a lot of families go as the kids can disappear while the parents eat drink and chat. it is not the Ritz in London its Chelsea heights hotel.
Been a few times. It was like there was no manager! the staff gave me wrong change once! Also the pizza is too big and overpriced. A few good things like the kids area and it looks quite nice but it is an OK restaurant.
Kids area is great but looks dirty, food is mediocre and over priced, out of 5 meals expect 2 to have some thing wrong- late/cold/ingredients not as listed/forgotten/steak over or under cooked.
Have been here twice in the last week and both times the service in this place lets them down every time. It appears nobody is in charge, therefore staff seem to suit themselves. You can stand at the counter unattended while they have their backs to you chatting with the cooking staff. Having said that, there are some staff members who do actually perform their jobs well. Pity the others let them down. They food is hit and miss. My meal last night was good but two others in our Party did not get what was detailed in the menu. Nothing was said or advised, it just arrived to the table and was partly cold. The kids meals were completely forgotten. And this was after waiting for 50 Minutes. This place can be good but they really need to lift their game and put someone in charge who is accountable, leads the staff and visable to the public.
this used to be a great place to go with great atmosphere and great menu. The menu choices are boring and too exspensive. the noise is so annoying with the chairs scraping on the the floor all the time. the food was very ordinary. we will not be returning as there are so many other choices in the area
