We have eaten there about every two months for the last five years. We have found the food to be good, service good and the staff friendly. We don't know what all the fuss is about, we always enjoy our meals there.
Food is absolutely atrocious. The prices are ridiculous for what the food is, I ordered a seafood basket and got seafood out of a box from the super market and when the girl serving us told the chef this he agreed. He then made me salt and pepper squid which was from a box also and smelled worse than my bait when going fishing, Not enough room on here to even mention the other 3 peoples meals who was with me. This place needs to be shut down its an absolute disgrace. I would be emailing them directly but when writing this there website doesn't work. Get that a place right next to Ifish Tackleworld cant get fresh fish HAHA what a joke.
Food in bistro is third rate rubbish. Returned 2 years later. Could not give it any better rating Mixed grill was barely edible. Took 24 minute to get an ice cream. The the idiots took the birthday cake to the wrong table. Jugs that soft drink came were dirty. The only saving grace is the kids had the best meals and fun in the play room.
This was the most disgusting meal that i have ever eaten. My family and i had to leave the meal mostly uneaten. We noticed most customers had left their meals. Overpriced rubbish. The meals did not match the menu description. I phoned and asked for the manager, several days passed and i phoned again. This time the manager did return my call. They did not know of the feedback left on the sites and promised to look into the catering and get back to me. Needless to say i am still waiting for the call back. All that is left to say is YUK.
