Great hotel - very friendly staff, good food and very clean. Close to shops and the water . Would definitely stay there again!
Expecting an ocean view we were very disappointed with our "Balcony View" which looks directly over the very busy main road and busy roundabout, you'll get to see the roof of the local KFC, oh yes, plus the carparking area. The rooms are lovely but if you happen to be located at the southern end of the building like we were you'll be lucky enough to be right above the NIGHTCLUB which continues until 3am. In addition to the traffic noise from the busy road I thought we had some strange "sound surround" effects on the TV but it was the nightclub below making the room tremble - very poor soundproofing in this building. You'll also have the benefit of the smokers below so don't expect to sit out and enjoy your balcony or have the window open for some fresh air. The worst thing was that, when we reported these issues in the morning - staff were very obviously aware of the noise associated with these rooms.
Pretty ordinary from what I expected from past reviews. Sea food wasn't fresh unlike Del Giornos Cafe/Restraunt. Expected better from this place, over priced food, Over priced drinks. Poor service in the restraunt area. Thanks anyway.
We paid $210.00 for a deluxe spa room. Spa took 1 hr to fill, radio in room did not work and shower was a trickle. When complaiining about issues we were told nothing can become about it and no discount offered. Very disappointed! Warning. This hotel is very aware of the safety issues related within the wet areas of the room, so if you up for injury plus a cold spa, spend your money on this.
Could only stay for two days , the food was excellent for dinner I would give for entre a 10 for main a 10 and desert 10. Thank you for a perfect stay.Keep up the perfect standard. Mick.
