The food was appalling as well as the service. Not to mention disappointment - I ordered a Thai Beef Salad of which consisted of 5 pieces of beef and a plate full of coriander so to speak; horrid. The Bruschetta I ordered for entree was not enjoyable at all and had 3 pieces of soggy bread. I will not be recommending The Beach House to anyone and definitely will not be back. You may want to tell your staff that a smile wont kill them.
Should be called The Zoo. Full of bogans. And the food was horrendous - can't cook mash potato (it was lumpy wall paper paste) and the pepperoni and mushroom pizza had to be sent back because it was pepperoni, capsicum and whole tomatoes but no mushroom. When the correct pizza came out it was barely warm and the frozen pizza base was doughy. It's disgraceful that they tried to pass off that garbage as "wood fired pizza".
Waited for over an hour and a half for an entree and two mains. Asked the staff if they could check on our order after half hour, nothing. After an hour, nothing. Finally an hour and a half later and having asked three different staff members where our food was, our mains turned up. No entree. However they did offer us free dessert. Won't be coming back. Worst customer service.
