I travel a lot around Qld and Love my McCafe coffees, but was bitterly disappointed with the service and organisation of all front counter staff at Roma McDonalds today. Extremely poorly organised. Was moved twice to different cashiers and was still bypassed by several other customers who came in after me. When I questioned this staff were even more "confused". Left without my coffee today and will NEVER go back to Roma store!!!!
