Don't fall for negative reviews. This place is well-worth visiting, at least once while you're in Brisbane. No, this is not a family friendly place. And yes they try to be a bit fancy so make sure you're dressed appropriately. The interior is amazing. You must see it for yourself. Inside are the living plant walls, several bars, DJ booth and a restaurant. On certain days they'll have themed nights such as Latin dance nights. Book in advance to avoid disappointments.
Thought I was getting a fantastic deal and night out of the way the waitress described the $45 sharing plate, little did she mention to anyone that it was $45 per head. Our bill ended up being over triple want I wanted to pay. So disappointed.
A disappointing experience. Fabulous looking place but OMG, the service! We were continually swamped by our over-friendly waiter who could not take a hint to leave us be AND got our order wrong three times. The food was quite nice and we even received extra appetisers because of the waiter's errors. The waiter also advised us that the mains were huge so we only ordered 4 mains for 6 pax. Unfortunately they were not that big! We then had to wait 30 minutes for 2 desserts and during this time received coffees we didn't order! One word to describe the service last night - a shemozzle!
Overpriced and underwhelming. I wish the experience was as big as the owner's egos.
Over priced mediocre drinks and poor service combined with snooty door staff equals negative experience on night out. Nuf said
