I have to say, these guys know there stuff, great food, great selection. The prices where extremely good as well. The service by the staff was 10/10 and the rating for the food was 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go there.
i was really impressed with the range of dishes that i saw and of those that I've tasted. The quality, taste and flavours were delicious, no joke, i would rate it 9.9 out of 10. Secondly, the presentation of the food as well as the restaurant decoration exemplifies the Traditional Chinese culture. I was also extremely pleased with their 100% friendly service, the waitress there were extremely bright and patient with their customers. Overall i had an exceptionally nice experience with the restaurant. I would definitely revisit :)
I apologize to the many thousands of really good Chinese Restaurants in Australia when I say that this so-called restaurant is the worst of its kind and a disgrace to everything Chinese. My entree, Prawn Cocktail, comprised of RAW prawns on a bed of shredded lettuce which had obviously been used previously as it was totally limp and devoid of any taste other than salt. The Health Inspector would have a ball here! My main course comprised of Steak & Black Bean Sauce that had been half-boiled to tenderise it. The accompanying vegetables were RAW, tastless and too hard to eat. The Special Fried Rice was not special at all - pale as a ghost - with 2 prawns, no ham or anything else -- Tasteless! At more than $30 per person this was extremely very little value for money. It's a real shame because this Restaurant was once one of the best in NSW.
