Super helpful and friendly staff! Food was average and didn't seem cooked extereemly well. Salmon and Ribs a miss but the Steaks were good!. The Sweet Mustard Sauce was fantastic, I might have formed and addiction. We stopped here as we were desperate and It served its purpose. but for the price the food didn't match the expectation. If your not starving drive a little further.
Amazing dining experience. Super fast and friendly service :) Great food and a great night!!
I do love the steaks here, but the prices do not justify the poor service, the cliched, american atmosphere and the mass production food. There are better restaurants around
Complete rip off! Very poor quality food and even poorer service. Every time I've been the order has been screwed up or lost track of. I waited half an hour for my main meal before chasing the waiter up. They had to re-send the order out, which the food took another 45mins to come out. Was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.
POOR SERVICE!! ordered my meal, they messed the meal up monumentally, even tho i specified my very simple order several times (nachos with chicken). waiter then said she would just bring out some chicken and put it on top, even tho this is not what i ordered, i just accepted this as i was taking my girlfreind to dinner so didnt want to make a fuss. btw it took ages to get our meal in the first place even tho it was messed up. and soggy we waited... and waited... 45 minutes later, the waiter FINALLY asked me if i had even received the chicken.. (u would think u would check this imediatly after the screw up to start with.) she then said that she wuld cancel my meal as i was very annoyed now, and the "nachos" which was already soggy had now turned into one solid congealed mass after the 45 mins then we had to leave, as she didnt even ask if i wanted a replacment meal??!!!! so we lost more than an hour of our lives, and left the building hungryewr than wen we arrived this is not the only incident like this, i have seen many ppl walk out of the restraunt disgusted and refusing to pay. and have similar experiences previously as have many friends and family. none of which will be returning.
