One of my favourite restaurants in the Manning. Warm and welcoming, Laurie the chef and winemaker loves to create something special. His veal was so tender you could cut it with a fork - I did! Great sauces and seasonings that don't take over. My friend's home made pasta with blue cheese and pork belly was a delightful surprise - just the meat from the cured pork, combined with a touch of blue cheese to give extra depth of flavour. Loved the little touches of potato "pear" and tempura zuccini spear! See if you can resist finishing with a Tiramisu, Lemon cheesecake, or Chocolate Ganache. Superb!!
