Gorgeous Little Cafe My first visit - Sat on the verandah very nice I Ordered Pumpkin Soup & A Smoothie... The smoothie was very nice & so much Thicker then the Pumpkin Soup that day, no thickness what so ever and not much flavour, unfortunately just like running water. So won't order that again unless it's Thick Soup. I did mention it was not at all thick to the waitress , but no real comment. I'd visit again as it's in a lovely spot.. Thicken Up Your Soup Thanks
Beautiful homestead with great dining atmosphere. Friendly staff and generous serving. Great place to have breakfast any day of the year.
The cafe is set in a beautiful old homestead and I was under the impression the food would be prepared with the freshest ingredients but when I ordered eggs benedict I got home brand toast and eggs that were lost under the huge amount of packet hollandaise source. But on the upside the coffee was good. I think they need to have a chat to the chef.
Lovely little cafe. Great atmosphere. The vegetarian selection is a little slim.
Would recommend anyone to come visit The Peppercorn café, service is great, and the meals are truly lovely, a must if your passing.
