Wildwood is one of the best and most relaxing guesthouses I have stayed in virtually anywhere in Australia. The guestrooms and main lounge room are beautifully decorated and most welcomely, very comfortable. The wide veranda’s are a perfect place to view all the passing wildlife, ponds and stream. Every afternoon it is difficult to keep count of the kangaroos’, or maybe it’s the few glasses of local red! Highly Recommended. Peter
Recently discovered Wildwood Guesthouse tucked away in beautiful Mudgee, only a few minutes from town – but could have been miles away for all of its privacy and seclusion!! Everything we'd hoped for, clean, cosy, country-style comfort, well maintained and facilitated, beautiful décor, long stretching veranda with a picturesque outlook and very reasonably priced!
Simply the best!!!!! We were in Mudgee for our daughters' wedding and used Wildwood as a basis for the family. What a wonderful place to spend 4 days. To arrive each evening to find the fire burning, the lamps on....fabulous. The attention to detail is equal to anywhere in the world. Loved the breakfasts...Thanks Rob; we will return! Di - May 2012
Close to town and wineries but far enough away to escape from the hussle and bustle. Spotlessly clean, handy kitchen facilities, warm fire, very comfy bed, beautifully decorated, excellent breakfast. This place has it all!
